Piper's Journey

This is my Piper's Journey Shawl..that I LOVE...like I have worn it EVERYDAY since Friday when I finished it.  I know I say this a lot ..but THIS IS MY FAVORITE THING EVER..really!!

I love this yarn....

I love this pattern...

I love blue....

and I love that Jack took the pictures of me (Emily and Molly were not home)

After seeing Ginny's sweater I called her and told her I LOVED it...but I really called to tell her that she must knit Piper's Journey.  I had to get off the phone quickly so I am not sure I impressed upon her the immediate haste she must have in knitting this with the Quince and Co..chickadee yarn!!

I am making another one..as soon as I am done with the Oaklet shawl that I started with Quince and Co chickadee in Carrie's Yellow.  I want to buy every color of Quince yarn.  I may knit everything in thier yarn from now on!!

But as I am sitting here thinking I may just rip out what I have done so far on the Oaklet Shawl and start another Piper's Journey shawl...

  11. Beautiful!!! I love Q&Co's yarns as well. I am knitting their Annabel now with Lark and I love its springy lightness (does that even make sense???) :)
